Shipping policy

Orders will take 10 to 15 days to be shipped. The delivery takes time due to the below reasons:

1. The production process takes time since all designs are drawn according to the text and language given and then handmade.

2. No lasers or computers used in the production process because these cannot provide the true beauty of free hand drawn Calligraphy art.

3. We are a small business, sometimes it get challenging to meet the order demands. So we do not rush into finishing, but do it perfectly by taking the time that it takes to be done well.

4. Shipping may be delayed by the courier companies due to seasonal demands in months of Christmas, Eid, Valentines, etc.

5. We finish rhodium coating on the pieces. This makes them shiny and tarnish proof for years. However, this process takes time and additional cost for us, but we do it to be sure that the customers get maximum value from their purchases.
